Pearl City Students Create Infomercials and T-Shirts to “Sell” Books

Pearl City –  Mrs. Brouhard’s 5th grade Reading students completed their final project of the year by creating infomercials and decorating T-shirts to represent a novel of their choice.

Students were attempting to “sell” the book to their classmates by including a hook, a brief summary, and a cliffhanger in their infomercial.  They also wore the t-shirt they created to school to act as a walking advertisement for the book.

Harry Potter books and books by Mike Lupica seemed to be favorites.
