Freeport, Illinois – Now listen, we know most of you don’t attend these. However, we always talk about crime, our neighborhoods and keeping them safe yet the one thing we could do to drastically reduce crime, which is take part in our neighborhoods we don’t do.
It’s pretty simple actually. If we all policed our own neighborhoods, crime would drastically be reduced in Freeport. Period.
Well, here’s an opportunity to help your community actually do that through Neighborhood Watch Meetings.
Neighborhood Watch groups are a smart way citizens can help protect the safety of their community. Active Neighborhood Watch groups decrease the chances of victimization. Here are the groups in your area and when and where they meet.
1st Ward/6th Ward
