12th Annual Community Wide Corn Boil To Be Held

German Valley, IL — Serving corn on the cob, brats, hot dogs, chips, drink and dessert, come join the Grace Valley Christian Reformed Church on Saturday, July 22 for their 12th Annual Corn Boil.

There is no charge for the food, but a free will donation will be accepted. Proceeds will be used to aid a local family with medical bills.

Grace Valley says about the annual event, “It’s our way to visit with those who are new to the area and to be a good neighbor to those who know us and like to sit around and talk with their friends”.

If you have kids, bring them along.  They will have a great time watching Daisy Belle the Clown make balloon animals.  There will also be pony rides and face painting.

Grace Valley said New this year is Knockerball!

So mark your calendars for Saturday, July 22 and come out to Grace Valley Christian Reformed Church located at 8210 E. Edwardsville Road.

Serving is from 5-7 p.m. rain or shine.
