FREEPORT, Ill., April 4, 2016 — FHN Orthopaedic Surgeon Greg Dammann, MD will talk about knee health and knee replacement surgery at a special free program in April.
Knee replacement is one of the most successful surgeries performed today, with more than 600,000 total knee replacements performed each year in the United States.
For those not ready to explore surgery, a physical therapist will join Dr. Dammann to talk about how you can keep all your joints as healthy as possible, avoid strains and what types of exercises are best for painful knees.
The program will begin at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 20 at FHN Family Healthcare Center – Burchard Hills, 1010 W. Fairway Drive in Freeport.
