Luminaria Night 2017 To Light Up Stephenson St and Lincoln Boulevard

Freeport, Illinois — Luminaria will light the sidewalks along Freeport’s Stephenson Street and Lincoln Boulevard beginning at dusk Sunday, Dec. 17 as FHN joins neighbors on Stephenson Street and Lincoln Boulevard for Freeport’s Community Luminaria Night.
