Freeport, Illinois – All week this week Tri-County Christian School’s Summer Art Classes are being held for children entering 1st through 9th grade for the 2016/2017 school year.
Students will focus on creating art through various creative mediums each day. Examples of creative mediums include, but are not limited to, paper, paint, nature, clay, and printmaking. The art projects presented in each session will be different, allowing for students to participate in both sessions if desired.
Each day a synopsis of what the student learned and worked on will be sent home so that parents are informed regarding the class content. At the end of each session, students will be sent home with their completed artwork. The school will hold back 1-2 pieces from each student to display at TCCS Summer Open House in August. After the open house those art pieces will be returned to the students.
A light snack will be provided. Lunch will not be served. Per Session: $130 First Child Enrolled ($150 for non-TCCS student); $100 Each Additional Student ($120 for non-TCCS student) (815-233-1876)
