Lena, Illinois – Citizens State Bank will have an expert present Wednesday, May 16 to appraise old coins, paper money, and gold jewelry at their Freeport location. There is no charge for the appraisal. The appraiser will also be buying items that day and requests that coins not be cleaned prior to the appraisal. No appointment is necessary. Attendees’ items will be appraised on a first come, first serve basis.
