City of Freeport Raises Fees In Interest of Improving Neighborhoods

Freeport, Illinois — In the interest of promoting code compliance and improving our neighborhoods, the city of Freeport announced that city council has raised the minimum fine for many violations, including weed and grass violations, to $100. The fee structure can be found below, along with the minutes from city council.
