Freeport City Leaders To Host Open Public Discussion Events

Freeport, Illinois – In an effort to keep open lines of communication going with its citizens the City of Freeport is announcing the following events to meet with City officials for some open conversation.

Thursday, September 27, 2018
Meet with the Mayor at Higher Grounds Specialty Coffee & Tea at 1709 S. West Avenue from 8:00 – 9:00 AM. This will be a chance to spend 5-minutes with Mayor Miller on a first come – first served basis.

Wednesday, October 3, 2018
Freeport will be participating in the National Coffee with A Cop event at Boys and Girls Club/King Center at 511 South Liberty Avenue from 9 – 10 AM. The will be an open forum and Police Chief Todd Barkalow, Mayor Jodi Miller and City Manager Lowell Crow will be in attendance.

Friday, October 19, 2018
Stop in for a Cup of Joe with City Manager Lowell Crow. This will be held at 9 East at 9 East Stephenson Street from 8 – 9 AM. This will be an open forum where Mr. Crow will take questions from attendees.
