Brian Helm, President & CEO of Mechanical, Inc., accepts the award for Specialty Contractor of the Year from ENR Midwest.

“The Mercyhealth project is one of 30 large-scale, bed-tower hospitals we’ve worked on in the last ten years,” said President & CEO Brian Helm. “The complicated coordination required by projects like those propelled us to invest in building information modeling, similar to 3D renderings, and focus on fast turnaround. We’ve been able to deliver on both which keeps our project-base growing. Winning the Midwest Specialty Contractor award is a great testament to our team’s hard work to continually deliver on time and on budget for our customers.”
