FREEPORT, ILLINOIS — FHN is postponing its Get FiTeam Challenge for 2019 in order to explore several opportunities for potentially integrating this popular initiative with other FHN health and wellness activities such as Miles And Minutes over the summertime. Seamless transitioning or integration between such initiatives could help behavior changes such as regular cardiovascular exercise and proper diet become more universally embraced and routine on an ongoing basis with participants, which of course is crucial to long-term health.
Individuals who have been anticipating the Challenge will be contacted and kept in the loop as other health and wellness plans develop for the year. Please look to the media and FHN’s Facebook page for more opportunities coming soon!
