Freeport Police Seek Public Help In Identifying Female Suspect

Freeport, Illinois — July 17, 2017 — The Freeport Police Department are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the female subject in the following photos.

She is wearing a black and white shirt as depicted in these photographs.  The Freeport Police Department are requesting the public’s assistance as part of a Theft investigation. The female was last seen walking south on Galena Avenue towards State Avenue, according to the Freeport Police.

Freeport Police say the incident in question occurred at the South Galena Avenue Convenience Store located at 833 South Galena Avenue in Freeport on 7-3-17 at approximately 8:31am.

Freeport Police are requesting that anyone is able to identify the subject depicted in this post please contact Detective Lt. Andy Schroeder at 815-599-5843, or call Stephenson County Crime Stop at 815-235-7867 (STOP).

Callers to Stephenson County Crime Stop can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward for information leading to an arrest.

The Freeport Police Department case number is 17-13929.
