The man living man is being held for something unrelated. The other survivor was released because these people were not hurting anybody! They didn’t have guns or open fire on police. They didn’t even have time to get their hands up. Police misread the situation and made a huge mistake. This was simply three homeless people getting out of thier vehicle and going for a walk before realizing they were surrounded by police.
