The 7 Ways We Can All Pitch In For Freeport’s 2017 Fireworks

Freeport, Illinois — June 5, 2017 — With less than one month to go until the slated July 2, 2017 Fireworks Celebration in Freeport, Illinois, the 2017 Fireworks Committee says they still need the public to help pitch in towards the 2017 Fireworks.

Last year Freeport’s Fireworks celebration became a publicly funded event, as city council decided to not fund the annual celebration at the suggestion that the July 4th night of Fireworks, be turned into more of a community funded event.

So far the Committee has the following fundraisers in place to help raise the funds for the 2017 Fireworks Celebration.

On June 12, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Logan’s Bar & Grill will be donating 10% of every sale towards the 2017 Fireworks.
