FREEPORT, ILLINOIS — FHN physician April Moore has earned the Degree of Fellow from the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Moore, who cares for patients at the FHN Family Healthcare Center – Forreston, has demonstrated her commitment to healthcare through her service to family medicine and the community, and by her professional development through medical education and research.
Dr. Moore earned her medical degree from the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield and served her residency at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Rockford. She holds a bachelor’s degree in pre-med and biology from Augustana College in Rock Island, Ill.
