Freeport, Illinois — Join the FHN Women’s Healthcare team at Cannova’s in Freeport for a fun evening of pizza and conversation focused on you!
The free event will run from 5:30 – 7 p.m. Monday, March 6 at Cannova’s Italian Cuisine, 1101 W. Empire Street in Freeport, and will include two short presentations you can attend without leaving your table:
FHN Clinical Dietitian Sarah Todd, MS, RD, LDN will talk about how the food choices you make can influence your health. She’ll offer tips and recipes to help you prepare healthy, delicious meals for everyone in your family, and you’ll receive a heart-healthy cookbook!
FHN Ob/Gyn Ruhee Sidhu, MD, FACOG will talk about the symptoms of menopause that could be confused with other conditions, and how you can learn to recognize what’s normal for you.
Delicious Cannova’s food and complimentary beverages will be served through the evening, and attendees will have a chance to talk to providers and staff from FHN’s women’s care team – Ob/Gyn, surgical services, the FHN Vein Center, and the FHN Women’s Diagnostic Center.
