Reports of Shooting at Mobil on Corner of West and Moseley

Freeport, Illinois — Freeport Scanner II and a local resident of Freeport have both shared news of what is being said was a shooting at the West and Moseley Avenue Mobile earlier this afternoon.

Freeport Scanner II reported that 2 or 3 people were allegedly shot at the Mobile at West and Moseley.

This is the only information we have at this time. We will keep you posted as news develops.

UPDATE: 4:57 p.m. First hand reports that we have obtained state that a man walked inside the Mobil gas station and while inside, allegedly pulled the trigger and shot two men, one in the leg. The other victim (and possibly a 3rd) details of where they were shot are not available at this time. The condition of any victim is not known at this time.

UPDATE: 7:58 p.m. One woman and two men were shot. All three were taken to the hospital. One has already been released. Two men, both 21 years old have been arrested. One of them is from Kansas City, Missouri.

Delayed: (by an hour) 2 or 3 people shot at the Mobile at West and Mosely.

UPDATE: An argument outside of a Mobil Gas Station in Freeport turns violent leaving three people in the hospital with gunshot wounds, and two in custody.
