FREEPORT, ILLINOIS — Friends of the Leonard C. Ferguson Cancer Center at FHN Memorial Hospital are bringing back their popular fundraiser, Food Fight Against Cancer, for a fourth year!
The event will be held from 6 – 10 p.m. Friday, April 3 at Grand River Hall, 101 S. Liberty Avenue in Freeport. Guests will enjoy hors d’oeuvres and desserts donated by local caterers, restaurants, and bakeries, and Rockford’s own acoustic duo Distilled will provide a variety of music sure to get guests dancing and singing along. A cash bar will be available.
This year’s theme for our caterers is “Cancer Bites.” Guests are invited to attend in casual attire.
Thanks to Premier Sponsor McPherson Law Offices, all proceeds from the evening will benefit the Leonard C. Ferguson Cancer Center at FHN Memorial Hospital, which provides university-level care close to home for northern Illinois cancer patients.
Tickets for the evening are $35/single or $65 for a pair, and 4 tickets for $130.
