Freeport Community Foundation’s 5th Annual Fall Grant and Donor Reception

Freeport, Illinois – You are hereby invited to Freeport Community Foundation’s Fall Grant and Donor Reception being held tonight at 5:30 p.m. at the Eagle’s Club in Freeport.

The Freeport Community Foundation is a non-profit organization, 501(c)(3), guided by community leaders who are dedicated to providing financial solutions for current and future community needs through cooperative philanthropy.

The purpose of the Foundation is to provide for the well-being of the citizens of Freeport and Northwest Illinois by accumulating assets in the form of permanent funds and prudently distributing income from those funds to charitable organizations.

The Freeport Community Foundation announces two grant cycles for the Community Needs and for the Matthew Marvin Fund throughout the year.

Tonight’s 5th Annual Fall Grant and Donor Reception will honor the 2016 grant recipients. The Matthew A. Marvin Community Impact Award recipient will also be revealed.

The event is free of charge and open to the public.
