FREEPORT, Ill., Oct. 23, 2017 — The staff and caring team at the FHN Family Healthcare Center – Pecatonica invite the public to an open house event from 4 – 6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 6 at the office at 1301 Main Street in Pecatonica.
FHN Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner John Cook, FNP-BC, will share information about diabetes and associated conditions, as November is Diabetes Awareness Month. Nearly 10 percent of the U.S. population lives with diabetes, and that number continues to grow.
Members of the caring team will be on hand to talk and answer questions as well as give guests a tour of the facility. There is no charge or registration required for this free event.
