FREEPORT, Ill., — There is a huge variety of careers in healthcare – learn more about all of them at FHN’s Healthcare Career Fair, a special free event for interested community members of all ages.
The Career Fair will run from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 4 in the lower level conference rooms at FHN Memorial Hospital, 1045 W. Stephenson Street in Freeport.
Representatives from area colleges and universities will be available to talk about their programs and curriculum, and FHN practitioners will be on hand to discuss nursing, physical and occupational therapy, imaging, laboratory, pharmacy, behavioral health, respiratory, healthcare information technology, and Medical Assistant programs.
The event is designed for high school and college students as well as any individuals considering a healthcare career; the public is invited to attend.
