FREEPORT, ILLINOIS — The August Community Health Forum from the Stephenson County Health Department and FHN is the third of three programs focusing on the importance of exercise to your health.
Dr. Lynn Herrmann will talk about ways to incorporate exercise into your everyday life – no gym needed – to help manage appetite and weight and increase fitness at Get Moving III: Everyday Exercise Tuesday, August 13.
The program will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the Freeport Public Library, 100 E. Douglas Street in Freeport. It is free to attend; light refreshments will be served and no registration is necessary. The audience is encouraged to take part in the discussion and there will be time for questions.

Nov. 12: The Pot Puzzle: Medical & Recreational Cannabis
