Today, many people are looking to find healthier ways to live. They are being more intentional about getting the recommended 150 minutes of physical activity a week and choosing healthier foods.
Have you heard the term “superfoods” lately? Depending upon where you live, this may be a term you have not yet heard much about. Perhaps you have heard the term, but are not quite sure what it means? The term superfood is basically a marketing term used to describe foods with supposed health benefits. Although marketers like to use this buzz-word, there is a lot to be said for these colorful and healthful foods.
