JOLIET, ILLINOIS — It’s bad enough getting arrested once. Even twice is not good. But if you’re Paul Emerick of Joliet you’re setting arrest records.
Turns out Joliet Police arrested someone twice on the same day for unrelated crimes. Yep, twice.
On Thursday, officers arrested 64-year-old Paul Emerick of Joliet at 6:50 p.m. in the 200 block of Ottawa Street on charges of obstructing a police officer. Four hours later, at 10:52 p.m., officers responded to St. Joe’s Hospital for a disturbance. Police say Emerick was fighting the hospital’s security officers at the one of the rooms.
This man was on a mission. You can read the full story here.
