Freeport, Illinois — Last Sunday in Freeport an event put on by the Freeport Pilots Association, EAA Chapter 475 and held at the Albertus Airport and Silver Creek Museum and Train Depot featured planes, classic cars, and rides on an antique steam train. The event included all you could eat pancakes with blueberry sauce, sausage, eggs, milk, OJ and coffee.
As part of the event the Packard Club had their classic automobiles on display and the Silver Creek and Stephenson Railroad antique steam train, located on Walnut Road offered train rides. We stopped by both places and grabbed some photos of the event.
