Freeport, Illinois — FHN is pleased to announce that Otolaryngologist and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon Terry Donat, MD, FACS, FICS, has joined the FHN Ear, Nose, and Throat team.
Dr. Donat is board certified in Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and cares for patients of all ages. He offers same-day appointments for acute and urgent cases, and is currently accepting patients at FHN Specialty Care – Stephenson Street, 1036 W. Stephenson Street in Freeport.
Dr. Donat holds a medical degree from Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pa. He served an internship, residency and a fellowship at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, MI. His WSU fellowship included research at the University of Michigan School of Medicine in Ann Arbor, MI. He then completed his Facial Plastic Surgery fellowship at the University of Minnesota School of Medicine in Minneapolis, MN.
